Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Layers of authentic espresso and dark roast coffee contribute to the amazing complexity of this aged balsamic. It works well as a glaze or barbecue base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”: a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee. You can combine Dark Espresso with Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar and drizzle them over fresh fruit.
